Creek Street Medical Practice was established in 1999 by Andy Cope (Retired) & Chris Sasse.
Dr Brenda Greenall & Dr Chris Sasse are the Directors of the Clinic.

Education & Training
Creek Street Medical Practice is a training organisation for GPs & Medical students. We are proud of our services in training the next generation of Australian Graduates.
The GP Registrar program includes both Australian and overseas trained doctors who have over 10 years experience in medicine and wish to become specialists in the field of General Practice.
Email Policy
Our office email account is only to be used for administration matters and not containing any patient information. Only encrypted downloading programs are used with patient details to ensure privacy and confidentiality at all times. During a pandemic we may need to use email but only with the patient consent.
Research
Your healthcare information may be collected and deidentified for research or secondary purposes. This is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Please advise your Doctor if you do not want participate.
