Your Medical Record
We use computerised medical records which are kept strictly confidential. our privacy policy is available at reception. Reminder systems are used for a variety of health checks, let us know if you do not want to receive such reminders. We do encourage our patients to take an active part in their health care decision making.
Patient Feedback
We value feedback from patients on their experience with our practice so that we can improve our patient care. We have a suggestion box in the waiting room or your welcome to speak or write to the Practice Manager.
All feedback is appreciated and taken seriously.
In response to your recent feedback, we have:
- increased the number of appointments reserved for urgent, on-the-day issues.
- posted a copy of our privacy policy in the waiting room.
Due to the often unpredictable nature of healthcare, we may occasionally run behind schedule. In response to your feedback, our staff will now endeavour to notify you if a delay of more than 30mins is likely to occur.
You can further assist us by requesting a longer appointment if you are wishing to discuss multiple issues, mental health concerns, skin checks, or have forms that require completion.
