Your Medical Record
Patients are welcome to give feedback on any subject at any time in any form. We have a suggestion box in the waiting room or your welcome to speak or write to the Practice Manager.
All feedback is appreciated and taken seriously.
We would like to thank everyone who completed our recent feedback survey for the clinic. We received a lot of positive comments and results. An improvement we have made in 2020 is being able to employ more Doctors each day. This has made making an appointment and especially on the day much easier.
During 2020 covid we have limited the number of patients in the clinic and used this time to paint the reception, waiting room and other areas of the clinic. To freshen up the look of Creek Street Medical Practice.
The Doctors are aware they often run late but along with this they offer thorough care and support. This often means spending longer with some patients and then running late. Receptionist are aware and where possible they will try to advise you or re-schedule appointment on the day to reduce wait times. We thank everyone for their feedback.
If you wish to take the matter outside the practice you could contact the
Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner on 1300 582 113
at 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne 3000 website https://hcc.vic.gov.au
