Your Medical Record

We use computerised medical records which are kept strictly confidential. our privacy policy is available at reception. Reminder systems are used for a variety of health checks, let us know if you do not want to receive such reminders. We do encourage our patients to take an active part in their health care decision making.

 

Patient Feedback

Patients are welcome to give feedback on any subject at any time in any form. We have a suggestion box in the waiting room or your welcome to speak or write to the Practice Manager.

All feedback is appreciated and taken seriously.

The Doctors are aware they often run late but along with this they offer thorough care and support.  This often means spending longer with some patients and then running late.  Receptionist are aware and where possible they will try to advise you or re-schedule appointment on the day to reduce wait times.  We thank everyone for their feedback.
